Our garlic is grown according to organic principles in Dunedin, New Zealand. We are a small family business, lovingly hand tilling the soil and tending our garlic bulbs with care. We produce high quality garlic for seed and eating, including Spanish Garlic, Kakanui Heritage, Takahue Red, and Polish Garlic.
